
A super-easy salmon detox dinner to cleanse your liver and boost energy. If eating for fertility, build healthy eggs and sperm with this dish during the follicular and ovulatory phases of the cycle.

Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 handfuls of kale
4 broccoli florets
8 stems asparagus
1 ripened avocado
2 tablespoons of sauerkraut
1/2 lemon
1 sheet dried seaweed
Freshly milled black pepper
Method
Salt thawed wild Alaskan salmon.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan until hot, place the salmon skin-side down, squeeze on some lemon and cook for 12 minutes, covered.
Meanwhile, steam the kale, broccoli and asparagus for 4-6 minutes.
Slice the avocado and squeeze on some lemon.
Serve the vegetables, salmon and sauerkraut.
Use scissors to create thin strips of seaweed.
Garnish with the seaweed and serve with a slice of lemon and black pepper.
